ContiNEO's final concerts of our innagural season

We are excited to conclude our first season with two concerts featuring Swiss harpist Xenia Schindler. On Saturday June 28th we will perform a program of chamber music by Arnold Bax, André Caplet, and Claude Debussy. On Sunday June 29th we will perform works for small orchestra by Mozart, Janacek, Debussy and Haydn. Both concerts will be in John's Hall at Kirsten Kjærs Museum. More details to follow shortly.

Ever since I first heard the sound of the harp, I have been searching for music with which I can tell stories, music which can be best heard on this wonderful instrument. My musical career has led me through 500 years of music, from Renaissance, through classical - and on to contemporary. I have gathered many experiences as a chamber musician, as a soloist and in the orchestra, and now I am interested in a deeper exploration of improvisation and free music.
